Stalewatch publishes measurements of publicly available blockchain state. It reports how long a price oracle has gone without updating, and how far a decentralised exchange pool has traded from the value that oracle last published.
It is not an oracle and not a price feed. We publish no value on-chain, we operate no data feed, and no system should be built to consume our numbers as a reference price. Values labelled CHAINLINK, REGISTRY and POOL are read from public chain state and reproduced as-is; values labelled STALEWATCH are our own computations, published with their method.
Nothing here is investment advice. We do not advise, recommend, solicit or arrange, and using this service creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell any security or token, or a recommendation about any of them. A statement that an oracle is stale is a measurement; what to do about it is not ours to say.
We take no side. We accept no routing, referral or affiliate revenue for sending anyone to a venue, wrapper or issuer, and no issuer sponsors, funds or reviews this project. We publish no composite score and no ranking of issuers.
Issuer names, ticker symbols and trade marks are used nominatively, to identify the instruments being measured. They belong to their owners, and their use here implies no affiliation with or endorsement by them.
By accessing or using this service ("the Service"), operated by Binns Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Confirming an alert subscription creates an account you can later sign into, with no password; see "Alerts" below.
We read public chain state and compute from it. We do not warrant that the Service is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Data may be missing because a node was unreachable, a poller was behind, or a contract behaved in a way we had not yet accounted for. Where we know we were not watching, we say so on our status page rather than filling the gap. Where a value is unavailable we show a dash; we never substitute a zero or a stale value.
Alert emails are best-effort and must not be relied upon. They may be delayed, deduplicated, suppressed by our own rate limits, or not delivered at all. An alert that does not arrive is not evidence that nothing happened.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers. We may rate-limit or block traffic that does. If you want the underlying data in bulk, ask us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any trading, lending, liquidation or risk-parameter decision informed by it.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
We are the data controller. Our practices are framed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act; if you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction granting broader rights, those rights are preserved and you may exercise them by contacting us.
Your email address, any alert thresholds you set, and the IP address recorded when you subscribe or sign in. Server logs, kept for operating and securing the Service. That is all. We collect nothing about the on-chain addresses we measure, because they are not ours and not yours.
There is no website analytics on this site, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third party measuring you as you read. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not profile you.
To authenticate you, to send the alerts you asked for, and to send transactional email such as sign-in codes. Nothing else.
Resend, for transactional and alert email. Our own server, for everything else. If a payment processor is ever engaged, this section will name it before it holds any of your data.
We keep your email address while you have an account or an active alert subscription, and delete it when you delete your workspace. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Measurements of chain state contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
You can export everything your workspace holds, or delete your workspace and its data, at any time from Settings. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in. For anything else, contact us.
